Teams have already begun to test themselves with time trials, dual, and tri meets as they prepare for the 2023 cross country seasons in Texas.
Even though school doesn't start yet and it is just the seventh day of August, this upcoming weekend will be more cross country prep going on around the state of Texas.
We are beginning to roll out our preseason prognostications for the season. Here we begin with the Capital City girls and give a run down based on what we've seen last cross country and track seasons that form our thoughts on pre-season all-area teams.
