ROUND ROCK - It\'s lucky No. 13 for The Woodlands. The Highlanders boys cross country team won its 13th state title Saturday at Old Settler\'s Park with a score of 58, 18 points ahead of second-place Southlake Carroll. \"We came in here today knowing that if we stuck together and tried our best that we could win this thing,\" The Woodlands coach Dan Green said.
