Carter Blunt (Frisco Independence) kept up his winning ways with an even faster time in a shade over 15 minutes for 5K at the Southlake Carroll Invitational. In bigger news, the Jenks boys from Oklahoma knocked off the US top 10 ranked Southlake Carroll (TX) boys on their home course for the win.
Southlake Carroll solidifed itself at the best team in the South again by winning NXN. They also won the TX state meet 2 weeks ago. Hebron was a suprise 2nd place finisher. Hebron was 4th at the Region I meet and did not make the state meet. Great race.
