Boys 1600m

State of the Action: With Blunt focused on the 3200m, the 1600m will be a crazy race to watch! No favorite, with anyone in the Top 10-15 able to pull out a win with a good race.

Nasta will come in looking to run out of his mind in a rare chance for him to race a deep field. Many of these athletes have yet to race a field of this caliber in 2015. Landin has been running well solo as well as most of the guys on this list. Hopefully Viegra used last week as a learning experience after going out too hard, and while David Strome has excelled in the 5k/3200m, this could be his day in the 16.

Reed Brown is a guy who prefers the shorter races and has a nasty kick, so look for him mix it up in the finals 150m, and Andrew Tankersley has just been doing his own thing down in San Antonio so far this season and will hope to perform will in his first real test of the season. Though he and his coach have re focused his training to avoid an early season peak that burns out by states.

Boys 3200m

State of the Action: Carter Blunt...enough said. After soloing an 8:57 PR, working his way down towards 8:50 is well within the realm of possibility. Having someone who could push him at that pace would certainly help. A meet record attempt may be on the horizon.

Great to see Chriss Liddell coming back down after a 35s PR!! He put together a great race to finish 3rd at Sheaner. The Arkansas man will have plenty of company running for that 9:10 mark. Rogers will be running on his future home track and there is no doubt he will be looking to impress at Texas Relays after just cruising to a 9:13 early on in the season. Canal can't be counted out of any race he runs in, and make sure to check out the full list as there is a massive block that will finish between 9:20-9:30.

Shoutout to Selfie Master Bell, always providing the best race pics.
