The Cypress Woods girls are ranked 28th coming into the XC season this fall. The team returns five of their top seven girls from last year, including soon to be junior Kelsey Evans, who is ranked 31st in the state in the XC 5K coming into this season. The girls are coming off their 14th place finish at the Texas state meet last year in the 6A race and are looking poised to improve this season, keeping that upward 3-year improvement trend going.
