5A Girls
There are some good 5A girls teams in Region 4, but the good ones at the top are really good making it hard for the others.
The Boerne Champion girls are for real! they could go 1, 2, 3 in this race and having only six points with two runners left to cross the line is pretty difficult to beat. With very good four and five runners will make them tough to beat.
Very few things seem to go as planned in this region and the Dripping Springs girls are also pretty darn good and will push Champion all of the way. If their five can stick with their three and four they could very well win it all.

4. Sharyland
Kelsie Vicknair should get a victory here and her young teammates Kate Williams and Anastacia Gonzales could follow behind her through the finish line. However, freshman Ximena Tinajero is no slouch and she could very well break up the Champion party. Maddie Livingston is another to keep an eye on as she could also very well be one of the first to cross the line.
5A Boys
Boerne Champion, again is the team to beat. As with the girls, they will have front runners at the front of the pack who could cross the finish line consecutively and place three in the top 10. The rest of the spots are up for grabs. There are some teams that could be within points of each other for the 2 - 6 spots. Edcouch Elsa should place two in the top 10 and their 3 - 5 runners run tight and if they can score low enough together they could get the two spot.
Boys Team Predictions:
1. Boerne Champion
2. Edcouch Elsa
3. Dripping Springs
4. Lockhart
Foster Wilfong should be the winner. The junior is tough and has been in big races and has fared well this year. Look for his teammate Devin Duran, Wiliams Macias, and Albino Rodriguez should all be in the chase pack.
