UIL 1A Girls 100H
Paige Elliott from Rocksprings shot out of the starting blocks early and fast in the girls 100 meter hurdles. She continued to enforce her might throughout the race and it stayed that way until a late surge from Wildorado hurdler Makenna Byrd.
With four hurdles left, Byrd pulled along side Elliott and then past coming off the last hurdle and she drove home for the winin 15.26.

Byrd returned for the 300 hurdles and she jumped out to the early lead; she would hold onto the lead field all of the way through the line. Landry Morrow turned in a solid finish for second in 47.08 and Sydnie Bond edged Paige Elliott for third 47.55 to 47.65.
