Rachel Nelson and Jeremy Henderson of Fort Worth Country Day have been ready for the 2022 outdoor track and field season. They both gained the new indoor experiences to prepare for the outdoor season.
Nelson liked the indoor events and Henderson liked how mentally prepared he was after indoors heading into outdoors.The two stars are ready to attack the remaining outdoor season and prepare for the championship season. With SPC state meet experience, they both have plans to shoot for the stars in 2022.
