As the cross country season turns the corner to October, Ethan Locke (Valor Prep, Waco) still has a firm grasp on the top 5,000 time in TAPPS. His 15:12.60 stands 21 seconds above second place.
Since his freshman season, Ethan has dropped three minutes, and the current 2A defending champion looks to hold claim to his title as TAPPS XC State Champion.
