Boys 4x100 relay

Bellville (41.66) and Decatur (41.93) were the only two teams to come to Austin with sub 42.0 regional times. However, defending champs and UIL record holders from last year Waco La Vega was out in lane nine.

On the second and successful start, La Vega and Somerset exchanged first with La Vega holding that into the final exchange. Despite it being the last leg, the race was just beginning.

Melissa, Bellville, Yoakum, and Argyle were all coming in hot. Melissa, Bellville, and Yoakum finished the race finished historically in a tie for the top first spots in 41.53.
