CCCAT UIL 2A No. 7 Tenaha Boys Win Again

The Tenaha boys finished in first place at the SFA Lumberjack 16th Annual High School Invitational at Pecan Acres Park in Nacogdoches on September 17. This week, they are ranked No. 7 in the Cross Country Coaches Association of Texas (CCCAT) team poll.

Freshman Adrian Ramirez turned in a time of 16:33 for a second-place individual finish on the 5000-meter course. He was followed by teammate junior Misael Hernandez who finished third (16:34) and senior Evan Plata who finished sixth (16:42). 

Sophomore Jairo Hernandez (10th, 17:14) and Eustorgio Flores (21st, 17:56) rounded out the team score. Sophomore Alex Rojas (42nd, 20:47) also ran for the Tigers.
