Girls 800m
The 2A girls state 800m record is a blistering 2:14.74 so chances are we won't be seeing that go down this year. The fastest seed time coming into the race is 2:21.40 held by Maggie Grosenbacher from Shiner. A few other girls have run 2:22 and definitely should not be counted out. With such a close field and conditions looking nice for Saturday we could see some good PR's and several girls running sub 2:19. (Last year's results)
