Training log 2/23 - 2/27

Monday 2-23-15

Today was a little depressing since the rain came threw but that didn't stop us from being great!! In stead of going outside in the harsh temperatures we did weight room work which included

Burpee's 3x1 mins with 2min rest

Dorsiflex repeat and wall sprints

Bench press and over hand pull ups

3x10 75% on bench

And last but not least the monster of them all push up Circuit its were u take two 45 pounds soft plates lay them down a foot width apart and do push ups quick for 30secs!!!

Tuesday 2-24-15

Today was a cold day but we had to get that work in. Coach put us through a tough lil workout. Today we ran (4) 400 at 56 each with "6-8 mins" rest which was a bit tiring but allowed use to get that body moving!!

Wednesday 2-25-15

Yess!!! Today was half workout; half RES gotta love it "race-events and specifics" its when you go to your individual events and work on that so for me i did 300m hurdlers i went 2x over just the front 4 and finished hard all the way into the finish

THURSDAY 2-26-15

Light light today work out was our shake out when we get our body moving around for the next day all we had were 4x1 exchanges between 1 and 2 thats all we did bout 3 of them

Friday 2-27-15

WHAT TIME IS IT??? TRACK MEET TIME!!

I woke up all excited because we got new track units and i was ready to run so i had a light breakfast and than head to school. Once we got to the meet we went through our competition warm up and then shut it down for safety reasons the weather was to much of an factor to lose one of our buffalos.

SATURDAY 2-28-15

Saturday if theres not a meet its my chill day I SLEEP LIKE A KING, EAT LIKE A KING AND RELAXXXXXXX!!!
