Finishing a season undefeated is very hard to do. London puts countless hours in a week training, including over the breaks from school. Most runners tell us their key to winning is training often, but London also said that having "a lot of heart and mental toughness" is also crucial to being victorious. She also stated that the motto at McKinney North is "No Days Off" which goes to show you just how you have to look at Cross Country and Track to be successful.  London has been running Cross Country and Track since she was in 5th grade. She was initially forced into the sport but fell in love with it soon after she started running.

Besides being a fantastic cross country runner like we have seen all season long, London also is astonishing as a track athlete. She has multiple gold medals from the AAU Junior Olympic games from last summer. She won gold in the 1500m as well as the 3000m and also placed 3rd in the 800m.

London Culbreath is a name that most in the state of Texas know, but after next weekend she will be a name that everyone in the nation knows.
