Justin Young after 110h victory
Wylie East's JUSTIN YOUNG has been on a tear all season. He's been cleaning up accolades and collecting victories, so why would things be any different at the State meet? Well it wasn't.
Dating back to the indoor season, Young started getting HOT at the New Balance Nationals Indoor meet. He dropped a PR 7.74 in the prelims and finished top 12 against the best hurdlers in the nation.
When Young returned from New York City he maintained his hot streak culminating in his two state titles last night. In the 110h, he dropped a 13.95, but in the 300h, he busted a 36.90 PR to end his Wylie East career on a big time high note.
