A healthy Alexis Brown shows just what she is capable of doing. Running against college and post collegiate competitors Brown qualified for the the finals with a preliminary 7.54 race earlier this afternoon.
This evening, Brown came back for the finals and ran even faster. She dropped a 7.49 to finish sixth amongst the older and more experienced runners.
Brown and other Texas high school athletes will compete tomorrow against the Texas Tech Open competitors.
