19 . Sophia Oliai - Dallas Highland Park
Sophia Oliai is heading into her junior season at Highland Park, but she isn't just looking to get toward the top. She is looking to get the top spot in 5A. As a freshman, she ran to a 15th place finish at the UIL 5A state meet. She jumped 10 spots last year as a sophomore when she went 18:20 at the state meet in tough conditions for a 5th place and an All-State spot. The track season wasn't as hot for Oliai, but that won't stop her on the cross country course. She is the top girl on the Scotts team that is always one of the state's best. Oliai has the training partners, the coaching, and the ability to have a huge junior season.
