Texas A&M To Get New Indoor Track And Field Facilities

Late last week, the Texas A&M University Board of Regents approved a 205 million budget to renovate it's athletics facilities.

Included in the enhancements is $55 million dollars for a new indoor track and field facility. The new indoor track and field complex will be adjacent to the Cushing outdoor track and field stadium.

Other components of the plan are the redevelopment of the Bright Complex for a new indoor football practice facility, $25 million towards 31 new suites to Kyle Field, a new academic support center for student-athletes, and updates to the Socum Nutrition Center.
