The El Paso Franklin Freshman Samaya Scranton has taken the city by storm this season. She currently holds the top freshman spot for the 100m, 200m, and the 400m. This past weekend she took gold in multiple events at the Willie Williams meet in AZ. Her 400m was blistering fast for a freshman with a time of 59.13. It'll be exciting to see what she does come District!
