Malik Franklin ended his junior season with a UIL 5A state title and some big time national level runs.
The reigning defending state champion and Fort Worth Wyatt senior got things initiated over the weekend at the LSU High School Classic.
A tough track to run fast 200m and 400m races, Franklin showed that he could get it going and his 49.72 proves the remainder of the indoor season could have some elite marks coming soon.
