What to Watch:
The Mile Relay is last for a reason! This lineup is good enough to fill a National Championship race. Kingwood and Manvel are on the verge of running 3:10 as they have a group of guys that can beat any team from any other state! Harker Heights had a huge 3:13 that throws them into the list of contenders, and we all know Strake can run well under 3:16. Outside of McStravick, Strake will be well rested and that could play a major role in their ability to pull of a huge upset. With Igbokwe capable of running 45s, The Woodlands throws their hat in the ring, and Keshun Reed made sure the entire country knew his name after the anchor of the century last week! Duncanville is fired up and ready to claim their spot on top of the podium.

The girls race is another that will be lights out! Cy-Springs, Hightower, and Cy-Lakes all made it out of their regions meet and have the talent to sweep the podium. To do that they'll have to take down Judson, Woodlands and the impressive Boyd squad that gets faster every week and has Aaliyah Miller to bring home the baton.

What to Watch:
The last time this race threw down at UT Marshall made a statement heard round the nation as they took down the "Best". There are a lot of very talented teams running in the 3:15 range, but when push comes to shove, that wont be good enough. McKinney North looked impressive on their way to dominating Regionals, and now they face an even bigger test. Marshall has been able to cruise to the state meet. They have a big group of seniors they want to send off in style. With a team title on the line, this race is their Super Bowl. There's no holding back and I fully expect to see one of the fastest times we will see from a HS in 2015 get dropped in this race.

FB Marshall made it in all three relays, and are contenders in each race. To take the win here it will take faster splits than the seed times below. George Ranch brings a loaded team headlined by Lisa Egege, and McKinney North proved that they are ready to win even with a young squad. The Target is on the Tigers. In a race that looked all but over at Texas Relays we saw an epic comeback on the anchor leg. I know I wouldn't want to run against Taylor Rockwell when she gets the baton and in her final race at UT as a senior is going to annihilate the anchor leg.

What to Watch:
It's a race for sub-3:20 with any one of these boys teams ready to have a breakout performance and make a statement to the larger school divisions that they are true contenders.

Watch out for Hampton Prep on the girls side, Petit and Granados make a lethal duo capable of taking down any team in this race!
