What to Watch:
In a rematch from Texas Relays where they were separated by .01s, Armstead & McWilliams will again be side by side. As two of the top ranked in the country they'll be heavy favorites to finish 1-2 once again. Being so evenly match we should see another mind blowing finish. Don't leave out Isaiah Lucas who has been running lights out the past weeks and easily under 14s. Douglas, Brockman, and O'Neal are all guys who can run sub-14s. In a race where anything can happen and the smallest misstep results in disaster, nothing is set in stone.

Can anyone challenge Alexis Duncan in the 100H? She's definitely more of a force over this distance, so with the races Jessica Duckett has put together of late, she could come in and pull off the upset. The youngster from Mayde Creek could have a breakout race, Cameron impressively putting together sub-14 performances, though Kaylee Hinton has come on strong at the end of the season and will certainly be in the mix as well.

What to Watch:
The boys race is dominated by seniors and dominated by FB Marshall. Kendall Sheffield is back and better than ever. He's coming off his injury and already running his way towards US #1. The only athlete who will finish anywhere near him is teammate Amere Lattin. It's going to be a fun team competition between these boys and Lancaster. Big impact on that battle with these guys getting max points in the hurdles.

There is no equal to Tonea Marshall in the 100H. The race for 2nd will be tight as Region 2 looks to sweep the podium as Walker & Gonzalez fight for 2nd and third.

What to Watch:
Both of these hurdle races lack a dominant athlete and are wide open for anyone to take the win if they run a clean race.

What to Watch:
Matt Pettiet could shock everybody with a sub-14. He's been nearing that mark all season and with a 14.15 at Regionals, he could be right on the edge of jumping up the state and national rankings.

When looking at the times you'll need to win, only a few girls have the form to run under 15s. Kayla Smith put together a solid performance at Regionals and the Life Red Oak senior will try to keep that momentum going and end her HS career with a state title.

What to Watch:
Half the athletes in the field have separated themselves from the rest having posted times in the 15s. Being so evenly matched, someone being able to bust out a 14s time in this race could easily win the gold.
