Julia Heymach is the returning 6A state 1600m and 3200m state champion! This past fall she also added her first cross country state title to her resume. She holds the fastest returning times in every event from the 800m to the 3200m. The way things are looking this year to win a distance race in the class 6A state meet you're going to have to go through Heymach to get it.
