We all know the nickname of Region 1 and we know why.
Even if you are the best team in the state, you have to bring your A-game or you will not advance to the state meet. There are a lot of variables that can trip you up. That also opens up the door to anyone with an outside chance at best of advancing.
We have analyzed the district meets and the season as a whole and here are our meet previews for each classification in Region 1.
