Paige Layton a senior from Nacogdoches Central Heights is coming in with the second seed with a time of 12:04.05. 

Addison Sykora a senior from Lorena is seeded third with a personal best time of 12:12.20.

Esmeralda Garcia a senior from Brazos High School is the fourth seed running a time of 12:19.40.

Yierra Flemings junior from Cameron Yoe is coming in with a time of 12:20.00.

 These are the top teams in 3A. Eustace is coming in state ranked number two with a team average of 16:49.22, Cameron Yoe is coming in as the second seed coming in with a team average of 17:15.92, Troy is coming in with the three seed averaging 17:17.48, Rockdale is coming in with the fourth seed averaging out 17:20.48, McGregor is coming in with a chip on their shoulder as they were a state qualifying team in last years region 3 championships, they have a team average of 17:21.10, Keene High School is coming in with the sixth seed averaging a 17:24.01, Clifton is coming in with the seventh seed running an average of 17:31.20.
