Northwest Nelson's KAITLYN RODYSILL is the freshman girls 5K leader. Rodysill started her high school career off with a 12:54.58 3200m run. From there, things have been rolling down hill for the youngster. She ran against the big girls at two of the biggest and best early season invitational races in Marcus I Invitational and Southlake Carroll Invitational. Rodysill dropped two gems with her 18:38.00 and then an even faster 18:04.70. We'll be seeing this young lady breaking 18 flat real soon at the rate of improvement she is going.

RACHEL SUTLIFF of Grapevine is also running fast. At the same big invitationals as Rodysill, Stuliff was right behind her. She went for 19:26 at Marcus I Invitational and then 18:17.20 at the Southlake Carroll Invitational as her progression arrow is also shooting up!
