UIL 1A Boys All-State Third Team
21 Cody Redding (Jayton)
Redding had a good start to the season going 18:16. He continued to run having top five finishes for most of the season. He ran a 17:01 for three miles and then ran a season's best 17:46 5K at state for 21st place.
20 Kavan Smith (Miller Grove)
Smith cut his state meet finish from last year to this year in half by placing 20th earlier this month.. He saved his fastest races for the regionals (18:33) and state 17:45.
19 Bradley Nordin (Miller Grove)
Nordin didn't run last season, but his presence was needed for Miller Grove to continue their momentum. He finished 19th at state to help add to the Miller Grove state meet winning streak.
18 Adrian Rosales (Booker)
Rosales had a superb freshman season. He survived the tough Rattlesnake Run out in West Texas and he continued to build from there. He PRed at state with a 17:41.
17 Manny Peralta (Slidell)
Slidell sophomore Peralta ran faster every meet watching his times progressively descended. He saved his best for last to PR at state in 17:39.
16 Robert Lowery (Jayton)
Lowery PRed at last year's state meet and set a new one again at state by going 17:31. H was also added a 17:03 3 mile race at district.
15 Cole Fenhaus (Fayetteville)
Fayetteville sophomore Fenhaus had some big race performances this season. He finished it off with a runner-up at Region 4-1A and then a 17:29 finish for 15th at state.
