Region 1-6A is always a tough region to get into and get out of. It consists of some very fast DFW, El Paso, Midland, and Amarillo area schools as well as all point in between.
Region 2-6A will also be an interesting meet. It is a mix of DFW, Austin, and Houston area teams. Many of these teams do not compete against each other and for the most part are unfamiliar with one another on both the girls and boys sides.
Region 3-6A is stacked with Houston area teams through and through. Both the city and suburban schools help create a region that will be tough to qualify from in each area (Field, sprints, distance).
Region 4-6A is comprised of the RGV area, San Antonio area, as well as Austin area schools. Again, unfamiliarity also gives this regional qualifying meet one of a tournament type of feel with urgency being place on each throw, jump, and race.
Based on the season and the Area meet results, we have the virtual meet on what the stats say things look like for both the girls and boys events (Not all Region 4 result received).
