3A Girls
The usual Region 3-3A Girls suspects will be in the hunt for the team title. Teams like East Bernard, McGregor, an Eustace will duke it out for regional supremacy once again.
Last year's race was so good that it ended up in a tie between Eustace and Franklin. Both teams graduated a couple of big time senior, so we will see the power shift a little bit this year.
Girls Team Predictions:

4. Mildred
We should see a three girl battle for the top regional spot on Monday. Maddison Helm, Pavelka Makayla, and Sahvanna Thompson will all have their chance at becoming aa regional champion.
3A Boys
Eustace is the defending state champions and they are just as good as they were last year. They will flex their muscle at the regional race as they prepare for the state. McGregor is also very good and will demonstrate how much of an opportunity they have for a state trophy in a few weeks.

The boys individual race will come down to a few guys going at it. Dalton Page is experienced and will go for the win, but he will have company with William Boyce and Eddie Dominguez.
