| Breakdown: If they load the 4x400m, Nansemond River is likely the only team with a chance to challenge Hightower. The Lady Canes ran 3:40 last weekend and are right on target to go after the meet record this year. It's uncertain if the Nansemond River girls are in the shape to run 3:40 or faster at this point in their outdoor schedule. The Woodlands, Cy Springs, Judson, and McKinney North have all broken 3:50 and there's another pack of strong teams under 3:55. With Danyel White on the anchor, Cedar Hill can't be counted out of any of the sprint relays.
