Breakdown: It's not a question of IF the meet record will be broken, but HOW MANY girls will break it. Every once and awhile we are lucky enough to witness incredible match ups within our sport. The Samiyah Samuels/Tara Davis long jump battles have been outstanding all year! I have a feeling the stands will be packed by the jumping pits to witness these girls in action. Samiyah has a PR of 21'+ and Tara at 20-10! If for some reason that's not enough to get you excited for this event...you also have freshman Jasmine Moore who has jumped 20-0, Ivy Walker (19-06.5), Tonea Marshall)19-04.75), and Virginia Kerley(19-03.5)! |
