| Breakdown: This record may be slightly out of reach, but that doesn't mean this is a bad field. Winter Park is one of the top teams in Florida and are stacking this event. Katy was the runner up last year and the Houston schools (Cinco&Seven Lakes) ran 9:17-9:26 at last weekend. Interesting to see New Braunfels in the unseeded section. They likely won't post a time that would challenge any of the seeded section teams, but it's a race to watch with Paige Hofstad tentatively listed on the roster. The 4x800m marks the first of two distance relays that the Marcus girls are ready to dominate. Maddy Reed is opting out of the individual events to go all in on the her team's relays. |
