| Breakdown: It's the first high school event of the weekend, and always guarantees high quality entertainment. The top returners are all gone so this event is wildly unpredictable. In an event run so infrequently in Texas, there's no way to tell who will be able to handle 2000m of chaos. It's a difficult race to prepare for. All the prep and hurdle drills can't simulate the composure needed to keep yourself from being added to a "steeple fail" highlight video. |
